How we get you help
Activation: User presses the panic button on the device (or automatic fall detection is set off)
Alert Sent: Signal is sent to the base unit and then transmitted to the central monitoring station.
Two-Way Communication: User can communicate directly with the operator via the built-in speakerphone and microphone.
Assessment: Operator assesses the situation and contacts personal contacts and, or emergency services.
Response: Emergency responders are dispatched to the user's location for immediate assistance.
